How to Check Your Binance Deposit Progress

The most stressful part after depositing to Binance is not knowing where your money is. Balance unchanged, heart racing. Binance actually provides comprehensive tracking tools, and combined with blockchain explorers, you can precisely track every deposit.

Checking Progress in the Binance App

Step 1: Go to Deposit Records

Open the app installed via Download Binance APK, tap "Assets" at the bottom, then find "Deposit History" or "Transaction History."

Step 2: Check Each Deposit's Status

Each deposit shows a status label:

  • Awaiting Confirmation: Binance detected the transaction but confirmations aren't sufficient. Shows "X/Y confirmations"
  • Processing: Confirmations met, Binance is handling internal processing
  • Completed: Funds credited to your wallet
  • Abnormal: Issue detected, needs further handling

Step 3: View Details

Tap any deposit for TXID, address, network, amount, and time — useful for support inquiries or on-chain lookups.

Using Blockchain Explorers

Getting the TXID

The TXID (transaction hash) is your lookup key. Find it in:

  1. The withdrawal platform's withdrawal records
  2. Binance's deposit record details (if detected)

Choosing the Right Explorer

Network Explorer
Ethereum (ERC-20) etherscan.io
BSC (BEP-20) bscscan.com
Tron (TRC-20) tronscan.org
Bitcoin blockchain.com
Polygon polygonscan.com
Solana solscan.io

Reading Transaction Details

Paste the TXID in the search box. Key information:

  • Status: Success, Pending, or Failed
  • Block Confirmations: How many blocks have confirmed this transaction
  • From/To: Sender and receiver addresses
  • Value/Amount: Transfer amount
  • Gas Fee: Fee paid

What to Do for Different Statuses

Explorer shows Success, Binance shows Awaiting Confirmation

Normal. Binance requires different confirmation counts per coin. Wait for confirmations to accumulate.

Explorer shows Success with enough confirmations, but Binance shows nothing

Possibly a node sync delay. Usually resolves automatically. If unchanged after 2 hours, contact support.

Explorer shows Pending

Transaction waiting to be packaged. If stuck long, Gas may be too low.

Explorer shows Failed

Transaction failed — funds should still be at the sender's address. Fix the issue and resend.

Binance has no record at all

Possible causes: transaction not yet on-chain, wrong address/network, or amount below minimum.

Web Version Query

Log in via Register on Binance, then go to "Wallet" → "Spot Wallet" → "Deposit History." The web version syncs with the app and is sometimes easier on a larger screen.

Setting Up Arrival Notifications

Instead of manually refreshing, enable "Deposit Arrival Notification" in the Binance app's notification settings. You'll get a push notification when funds are credited.

FAQ

Why does the explorer show success but Binance doesn't?

Binance has detection delays, especially during busy times. Usually resolves within minutes. Contact support if it persists.

How many confirmations are typically needed?

Bitcoin: 2, Ethereum: 12, BSC: 15, Tron: 1. Check Binance's deposit page for specifics.

Can I speed up Binance's processing?

Binance processes automatically after confirmations are met. If you believe confirmations are sufficient but it hasn't credited, contact support to check.
